Are your vehicles company-owned? +
Yes. All vehicles used for pickups and deliveries are owned and maintained by SafeStorage. We do not subcontract pickups to third-party transporters. This ensures our packing, barcoding, and handling protocols are followed on every job, without exception.
Can I track my pickup vehicle? +
Yes. Every SafeStorage vehicle has GPS hardware installed. You can request a live tracking link from our operations team on the day of your pickup. In case of any transit delay or route question, the GPS log is available and retained.
What if my premises have limited access for large trucks? +
We assess access requirements before the pickup. If your premises are in a narrow commercial lane or a restricted zone, we deploy the Tata Ace (compact city vehicle). For high-rises and basement car parks, our team is trained to handle lifts and stairwells efficiently. We will always match the vehicle to the access constraints of your location.
Do you use third-party logistics providers? +
No. SafeStorage does not use third-party logistics providers for standard pickups and deliveries. All vehicles are company-owned and all drivers are SafeStorage employees trained in packing, barcoding, and item-handling protocols. This is a deliberate policy to maintain quality and insurance coverage on every job.
