What do I need to prepare before the pickup team arrives? +
Very little preparation is needed. Ensure items are accessible and a point of contact is present at the premises. For documents, group them by box or category if possible. Our team handles all wrapping, barcoding, and loading.
What if I have fragile or high-value items? +
Please notify us when booking. Our team uses bubble wrap, foam padding, and custom crating for fragile or high-value items such as artworks, electronics, glass furniture, and sensitive documents. Additional charges may apply for specialist packing materials.
How large a team comes for the pickup? +
For small pickups (under 20 items), we typically send a 2-person team. For medium and large pickups, teams of 3–6 members are deployed. Corporate pickups with 50+ items are planned in advance with a dedicated crew and vehicles.
What if I need more pickups later? +
You can schedule additional pickups at any time during your storage period. There is no limit on the number of pickups. Each new batch is barcoded, photographed, and added to your existing digital inventory.
