Our Company The main purpose is to Transport the Goods from One place to another at the company's discretion.
Any Wrong declarations made during the movement by the Partner team. If such a wrong declaration is made, then the consignor shall be responsible for compensating the company for all damages caused by such a wrong declaration.
SafeStorage reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure the security, safety, and integrity of Customer goods.
SafeStorage may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity and enforce the validity of the orders placed by the customer.
To change the movement date and slot timing, the customer needs to inform the safe storage team within 48 hours of the movement date.
The Company assures the Customer that any such change of date shall not exceed 3 business days unless requested and agreed upon by the Customer.
The packing materials used by the Safe Storage team are the property of Safe Storage and will be taken back on the same day of unloading, otherwise, Extra charges will be applicable.
The mode of payment for the provision of this service shall be at the sole discretion of Safe storage.
The fees charged by Safe Storage for the provision of the Service shall not include any dismantling (carpenter work) or unscrewing of the electronic appliances.
Any Mathadi local Union Issue from the cities of Pune / Mumbai / Kerala customer should barrier the charges as per the government and Company Policy.
Any arranging work which includes pipes, gas filling, extra wire, fittings associated etc. Additionally, materials have to be purchased separately for such mantle and dismantle work, which is not part of the fees quoted by Safe Storage and has to be Barrier by the Customers.
Rope pulling charges will be applicable in the case of rope pulling tasks done at the Movement.
Insurance should be claimed before 48 hours after completing the Movement. (To be informed to the Safe storage team before 24 hours after completing the Movement.
In case of any unprofessional activities from the Partner / labors to the customer's place, Action will be taken.
Charges will be applicable in cases where the distance issue is more than 50 Mtr from the customer house doorstep as per the BHK type.
Any society-imposed timing restriction needs to be updated while taking the booking.
Payment method customer need to pay remaining balance amount once inventory loaded in the vehicle at Source location.
Unloading should be taken care by the customer in Kerala state as per the Union issue.

. Carton boxes must be returned the Team after completing the Movement. Customer want to keep the carton boxes Rs 100 will be extra for each carton box.
(Note : Customer need to barrier Transportation charges if customer need to keep the carton boxes for 2 or 3 days by paying the deposit amount to team should be return carton boxes with Good condition)
As per the BHK type carton boxes will be provided, Incase of any extra carton boxes increased Rs 100 will be extra for each carton box.
