What if my pickup is delayed beyond 48 hours? +
If a confirmed pickup is delayed beyond 48 hours due to our operations, we will notify you proactively and reschedule at a time convenient to you. For large pickups (50+ items), coordination may take 3–5 days and this will be communicated at the time of booking.
Do you have a written SLA document? +

Core SLA commitments (pickup within 48 hrs, retrieval within 48 hrs, quote within 2 hrs) apply to all 6 cities: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Chennai. On-site survey within 24 hrs applies on weekdays in these cities.
How is the SLA monitored? +
SLA performance is tracked internally against each booking. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation, non-conformances must be documented, root-cause analysed, and corrected. Annual external audits verify adherence to our documented processes.
