Our packing crew arrives with double-walled cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated sheets and edge protectors. Furniture is wrapped in place, electronics are boxed with their original padding wherever possible, and everything is packed at your home, not in a truck.
Each carton gets a unique barcode tag and is entered against your account before it leaves. Loading is into closed, weather-proof vehicles, so your goods are never exposed between your door and the warehouse.
Your consignment is placed in its allocated bay on elevated pallets and stays insured for the whole term. When you want it back, a single call schedules delivery, and part-retrieval of individual barcoded cartons is available too.

Yes. Because every carton is barcoded individually, you can ask for specific items back without ending your storage or disturbing the rest of the consignment. Give us 1 week notice and we will either deliver them to you or have them ready at the warehouse.
That is exactly what the packing crew is trained for. Televisions and monitors go into rigid corrugated crates with foam corner protection, glassware and crockery are individually wrapped and cushioned, and framed art and mirrors get edge protectors and a rigid outer. Fragile cartons are marked and stacked on top, never underneath.
One government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN or Passport) and a current address proof. That is all. The agreement is issued digitally and you get a copy of the barcoded inventory list once your goods are vaulted.
Nothing is stored directly on the floor. Every consignment sits on raised pallets, the storage floor is managed for airflow, moisture absorbers are placed through the bays, and pest treatment runs on a fortnightly cycle. The combination is what prevents the mould and damp that ruins goods in ordinary godowns.
One month. After that you can extend month to month for as long as you need, and there is no penalty for ending early once the first month is complete. Most customers start with a short booking and extend, which is why we keep the terms flexible.
