Yes. Because every carton is barcoded individually, you can ask for specific items back without ending your storage or disturbing the rest of the consignment. Give us 1 week notice and we will either deliver them to you or have them ready at the warehouse.

That is exactly what the packing crew is trained for. Televisions and monitors go into rigid corrugated crates with foam corner protection, glassware and crockery are individually wrapped and cushioned, and framed art and mirrors get edge protectors and a rigid outer. Fragile cartons are marked and stacked on top, never underneath.

One government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN or Passport) and a current address proof. That is all. The agreement is issued digitally and you get a copy of the barcoded inventory list once your goods are vaulted.

In most parts of Bengaluru we can schedule a pickup within 24 to 48 hours of confirming your quote, and same-day pickup is often possible if you call before midday. Peak periods around month-end are busier, so booking a day or two ahead is worth it.

Yes, both. Whitefield is where our main Bengaluru warehouse sits, so pickups there are usually the fastest to schedule. Electronic City, Sarjapur Road and Bellandur are all on regular routes as well. Traffic on the ORR means we will normally propose a morning or post-lunch slot rather than a fixed hour.

The monthly rate is the same, but longer commitments are where the volume discount applies, so it is worth telling us the expected duration up front. Deputations get extended often, so the term stays flexible either way and you will not be penalised for coming back early.
